2030 World Cup: Finding a Place to Stay in Casablanca

Morocco is co-hosting the 2030 FIFA World Cup with Spain and Portugal. Casablanca will be one of the key cities of the tournament, and demand for accommodation is expected to be very high.

The Grand Stade Hassan II

Near Benslimane, between Casablanca and Rabat, Morocco is building a stadium of about 115,000 seats: the Grand Stade Hassan II. It is presented as a candidate to host major matches, possibly the final. FIFA will publish the official match schedule.

Why book early?

During the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations, hosted by Morocco, Casablanca's rentals filled up weeks in advance. A World Cup will bring far more fans.

  • Hotels will be taken by delegations and media.
  • Prices rise as match days approach.
  • Groups of friends and families look for entire homes.

Why an apartment rather than a hotel?

  • Several bedrooms to travel with friends or family
  • A fully equipped kitchen to avoid crowded restaurants on match days
  • 24/7 self check-in to come back late after a game
  • A living room with TV to watch the other matches

Choosing your neighborhood

Maarif and downtown are convenient for train stations and fan zones. The Oasis neighborhood is quieter, with apartments featuring a rooftop pool.
